Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Your e-gift voucher is only redeemable at Aethos London Shoreditch. Notify us at time of booking that this e-gift voucher is to be used, and present it to a staff member by email and at restaurant. Bookings are requested and subject to availability. This e-gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.  If lost or stolen, notify us immediately for replacement. No cash balance will be given as change: it is non-refundable and no cash refund is available for partial use.
